Welcome to the Plotfun platform, owned and operated by Plotfun Inc. ("Plotfun", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service, which include our Code of Conduct and Privacy Policy, form a contract between you and Plotfun. By using plotfun.com (the "Site"), creating your Plotfun account, and using the Site or our mobile applications, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Plotfun Services.
Plotfun Services are available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you are not permitted to use the Plotfun Services. If we discover that someone under 13 is using our services, we will terminate their account immediately.
You need an account to access most features of the Site and Services. You must provide accurate and complete information when you register. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for keeping your password secure. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately at [email protected].
Upon posting content to the Plotfun platform, ownership of the content immediately transfers to Plotfun. This includes all rights, titles, and interests in and to the content provided. Plotfun holds the exclusive right to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, perform, and distribute your content within the Plotfun Services.
By uploading content to Plotfun, you agree that you relinquish any rights to use, share, or republish the content elsewhere without explicit written permission from Plotfun.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Plotfun adheres to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applies these standards globally. Plotfun reserves the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice. If a user is found to be a repeat infringer, their account may be terminated.
You can permanently delete your Plotfun account. Initially, your account will be deactivated for six months, during which anonymized posts and comments remain visible. After six months, your account will be permanently deleted from our systems.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Plotfun expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Plotfun will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the Services. Plotfun's total liability will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. Plotfun does not endorse and is not responsible for the content of such websites. Some features use YouTube's API services; by using these features, you agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. We may modify these Terms at any time; continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Plotfun concerning the Services.
