Welcome to Plotfun! This Payment Policy governs your use of paid features provided by Plotfun Inc. ("Plotfun", "we", "us", or "our") through our website and applications. By accessing the paid features, you agree to this Payment Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the paid features available on Plotfun.

Your Payment Options

Access to paid features on Plotfun requires payment through various available options:

Direct Purchase: Buy features directly through our platform using your preferred payment method.
Subscriptions: We offer subscriptions to enhanced features which may include recurring fees, billed in advance on a periodic basis specified at the time of purchase.

Tokens System

Plotfun utilizes a token system for transactions within the platform:

Purchased Tokens: Tokens you can buy at any time. Purchased Tokens do not expire and provide you with a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access certain paid features.
Bonus Tokens: May be awarded for promotional activities or during certain subscriptions. Bonus Tokens have an expiry date and are subject to the conditions set at the time of receipt.

Subscriptions and Free Trials

You will be charged immediately upon agreeing to the terms, and subsequently at the interval you have selected (monthly, quarterly, annually).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Free trials may be offered at our discretion. To avoid charges after the free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends.
Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

Changes and Cancellations

We may change the prices and availability of our paid features at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect any purchases made before the changes. All sales of paid features are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

To cancel a subscription, you must do so before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next period.
If we discontinue a paid feature, you may be eligible for a prorated refund depending on the terms of your purchase.

Refunds and Discontinuations

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except in certain circumstances where required by law. If a feature or the entire service is discontinued, you may be entitled to a partial refund based on the amount of time left in your subscription or the unused portion of your purchased features.

Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to paid features at any time without notice and without refund if we determine that you have violated any part of this Payment Policy or other applicable policies. Following termination, you will lose access to any paid features you may have acquired.

Updates to Payment Policy

We may update this Payment Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the service or by sending you an email. Continued use of paid features after such changes constitutes your consent to those changes.
